Perfect ! Wood products, produced by Perfect ! Wood® Win-Door Profiles, LLC are covered by a Limited Life-Time Warranty against rotting, warping, splitting, and termite infestation.
The limited warranty applies to the original products purchaser or, in the case of construction, the first owner of the property to which the products are attached. This warranty may not be transferred or assigned.
The remedy under this limited warranty is limited, at Perfect ! Wood's discretion, to the replacement or refund value of defective or failed products. Perfect ! Wood shall not be liable or responsible for damages in excess of the purchase price of the product.
THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN NO EVENT WILL PERFECT ! WOOD BE RESPONSIBLE FOR CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXTRA CONTRACTUAL DAMAGES.
This Limited Warranty excludes, and Perfect ! Wood does not accept any liability for, any problems relating to improper installation, non-conformance of building codes, mechanical abuse, accidents or acts of God – hurricanes, fires or floods.
This limited warranty applies to products purchased and installed in Canada and the United States.
